"Girls Circle has a simple format I love—it’s not rushed, it flows. I’ve become more confident and learned that flaws don’t make you a bad person. If you struggle with confidence, this group is heavily recommended." - Nizzie

"Girls Circle gives everyone a chance to speak. It helps you be a better person, not gossip, and include others. It’s cozy, empowering, and makes you more aware of how you treat people. I’d tell a friend it’s really helpful—and I’d say, ‘I’ll be there" " - Emi

"Girls Circle helped me become a better listener. I used to look around while people talked, but now I really focus. People noticed! It’s easy to come, and I’d definitely join again." - Bhenisa

"I didn’t want to go at first—I like to not do anything. But it turned out to be fun. The candle lighting was nice, and the guidelines were solid. I’d come back." - Aaliyah

"Girls Circle was a life-changing experience for me that I still treasure years later. Through Girls Circle I learned how to deeply listen and be a safe person for others. At the same time I felt empowered to define myself even when so much around me was in flux. I wholeheartedly recommend Girls Circle!" - Emily

"Girl’s Circle helped me break out of my shell and connect with my peers. Through girl’s circle, I developed the ability to better identify my emotions and articulate them to others. Girl’s circle gave me the confidence to be my authentic self! Without girl’s circle, I would not be the empowered woman I am today."

-Ariel

Myth: "There's no time for kids to enroll in another activity due to school pressure, homework, and other commitments."

Empowerment groups are a valuable investment in a child's holistic development, teaching essential life skills that complement academic learning and help manage stress.

Myth: "This is another form of therapy. My kids don’t need therapy."

Empowerment groups are not therapy; they are structured programs designed to build communication, connection, and confidence. These skills are vital for personal and social growth.

Myth: "This sounds like it's religious or spiritual oriented."

The empowerment group is secular and focuses on personal development and peer support, free from any religious or spiritual indoctrination.

Myth: "My child is sociable and has friends; she doesn't need groups."

Even sociable children can benefit from empowerment groups by further developing their communication skills, empathy, and ability to support others, enhancing their overall social competence.

Myth: "Parents have no more influence on their kids at this stage to engage in group activities."

Parents play a crucial role in encouraging and supporting their children's participation in enriching activities. Empowerment groups provide a structured environment where girls can thrive with their parents' encouragement.
